The Importance of This Film:

The largest saline lake in the Western Hemisphere is vanishing before our eyes. Utahโ€™s Great Salt Lake is disappearing, and along with it, our way of life. As the shoreline recedes, unhealthy dust threatens 2.5 million Utahns, critical wetlands for migratory birds are disappearing, and shrinking snowpack shortens our famous ski seasons.

Around the world, over 100 saline lakes are in a state of collapse. No community has ever restored its inland sea. Utah could be the first.

This is a FREE event, but please register for a ticket at Eventbrite to be sure you have a seat.
