Climate Change

  • Unified Fire Station #108 (or online via Zoom) 7688 Big Cottonwood Canyon Road Brighton, UT, 84121 United States (map)

Join the Brighton Institute in welcoming Bill Barron of Salt Lake City. Learn how this former Alta Ski Patroller and carpenter was recast through his advocacy with the Citizens' Climate Lobby leading to the most important work in his life; normalizing the conversation around our changing climate and speaking for bipartisan climate solutions.

Bill's 13 years of advocacy has included 4 bike tours across Utah covering 3250 miles, 3 times as a single-issue climate candidate and most recently on a listening tour of the state. We will learn more about Bill's transformative experience, talk about how we are being impacted locally, and ways you can engage on this issue.

Join us in-person at the fire station or online via zoom!
